- To continue to grow and establish safe friendly studio environments drug free with professional instruction where people of all ages and families can enhance the quality of their lives and experience the magic of making physical fitness fun while learning

- To study the best martial art skills and life skills both traditional and modern from eastern and western civilizations upholding the traditional values of respect, discipline, honor, loyalty, family, bravery to the highest level and provide a strong connection to a world wide community of modern martial artists and traditional practitioners
- To strive for the highest standards of excellence in teaching and core curriculum, protocol, etiquette, developing students, Black Belts, certified instructors, competitors, demonstrations, seminars and promotional events passing these traditions on to generations to come
- To provide outstanding customer relations, organized business administration and services better than any other
- To empower students to become versatile and well rounded, open minded and excellent martial art technicians in the quickest most efficient possible way - motivated, educated and inspired to train for health and happiness
- To maintain an ongoing link to Black Belts active or non active alumni and support the continuing education opportunities for these individuals to develop and maintain their martial arts and teaching skills
- To host martial arts demonstrations, symposiums, clinics, and camps within our community on a national and international scale. Provide sportsmanship, knowledge and enrich the community by reaching out to youth and people of all ages to contribute to their academic and professional success
- To produce champion competitors with world recognition and status
- To maintain high standards for all students and teachers in order to preserve traditional beliefs that the student's rank is earned through strength of character as well as a challenging physical and mental test, rather than received by just attending class over a period of time
- To follow the Federation’s and the corporation’s guidelines set out under the direction of its leaders pertaining to its reputation and integrity to the highest standards as outlined in its charter, articles and by-laws. With every consideration given to protocol, etiquette, training manuals and books, terminology and techniques by following the standards and requirements therein while living and practicing the Key Concepts and Philosophies, the Ten Articles of Faith on Mental Training and the Code of the Hwa Rang Warrior
- To give back to society and our community through participation in other charitable organizations and events
- To practice and balance these principles never being discouraged for no one has been able to maintain anything like perfect adherence, these principles are but guides for our lives to grow along and make progress. We stand for progress towards perfection for no being is perfect
